Recently I decided to find the inspiration that I need to have love for cooking and, therefore, I signed up in cooking classes. But first, let me tell you why I went looking for that inspiration.

Unlike many women, cooking is not my thing (ok, I admitted it). While I was growing up, I did not show much interest in learning and, that’s why I am not very expert.

For my defense, I will say that I know how to make some Dominican dishes but unfortunately it is not something that I love. Then, as Picasso says, “Inspiration exists, but it has to find you working” and since I do not find the cooking too inspiring, I’m working on it.

In this basic training in management and culinary art, I am learning a lot of what cooking really is but not only the Dominican cuisine but also the world’s. I love everything I’m learning.
